Candice helped us out purchasing a house in Orange County and I cannot recommend more if you are looking for a great real estate agent. She is a strong negotiator and was able to get things that we were hoping to get but still in a very respectful way, pursuing a good balance of benefiting both ends. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful. You can receive sound advice and recommendations that you can rely on. Last but not least, she is very caring and will look at things from your view. If we were to sell or buy a house in the future, we will ask for Candice’s help again.

As first-time home buyers in a rough market, my wife and I were nervous about this whole home-buying process. From our first meeting, Candice was warm and enthusiastic – it really felt like she first cared to get to know us as people, to find exactly what met our goals. She was excellent at elucidating this whole daunting process, and was there with us step-by-step. She highlighted us in a wonderful light to the selling agent, with whom she had great rapport. She went above and beyond to help oversee maintenance and let in cleaners while we were out of town! She even had goodie-bag packages for us on our home viewing days. Her knowledge of the Cerritos / Los Alamitos / Cypress area school systems really set her apart, based in her own personal experience with the local school districts. Establishing ourselves in a good school district was a priority for us, and Candice was a great repository of knowledge about elementary, middle, and high schools in all these areas. Candice did a wonderful job helping us to sell our property. We live in another county about 75 miles from the house for sale. Living in the area nearby, Candice was a great help for taking care of Gardner, cleaning, painting and repair crews. The staging was very professional and she took care of the place as if it was her own. It was always a peace of mind to have her around. She is a superb professional and was helped by a wonderful husband. They both have scientific backgrounds. We were lucky to find them. We highly recommend her.

Where does this story begin. I on a whim decided to look for a realtor and I had zero connections. I had a complex scenario where my wife and I had to do POA with her parents and so many questions around Prop 19, selling our home, and buying the next one. Candice, being the angel that she is, sat with us through every step of the way. Imagine that, I was a completely new client that found her on yelp, yet she gave us full attention every step of the way as if we been working with her for years. She is so kind, always encouraging, gives us great advice, never pressures us onto a certain decision, and has been able to guide us through scenarios which we thought were very hard. Candice works for you cause she care about you. She views your scenario and knows it. You aren't a dollar sign, you are a human, and for that I place full confidence in Candice. Working with Candice was all that we could ask for and more! The trials and tribulations you go through as a first time home buyer are endless, especially in a tough market and if you are extra picky like we were. We weren't willing to settle for less and Candice advocated for us every step of the process. She was resilient in our search, proactive, approachable, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have worked with a number of real estate agents over the last ten years and Candice is easily the best agent I have ever had. She is easy to reach, full of information and advice and is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the many sub-markets and neighborhoods within an area. I worked very closely with Candice for the last couple of months, viewing homes in several different neighborhoods. Even though she had other clients, she was always available to meet with me, show me homes and work around my schedule (weekends and evenings). It was a pleasure! And I love my new home!
Candice provided a first rate service in the sale of our real estate property. She thoughfully planned the sale and consulted us every step of the way. She not only provided tremendous help in the sale of the house, but she also provided us with persons and contacts that helped in preparing the house for the sale (such as cleaning, painting, staging and even a garage sale to help us get rid of items no longer needed). I am so grateful to have found Candice to represent me on the sale of my home. Although my particular situation was anything but quick and straightforward, Candice consistently went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as imaginable. I look forward to working with Candice again for my future real estate transactions and would recommend her to all of my friends as well. After mere minutes of first meeting Candice, I knew that I had found my agent. I could sense how personable and experienced she was, and I was immediately at ease. During our initial meeting, Candice noticed an issue with the title of the house (an inherited property) that would require the work of an attorney to resolve. Rather than simply telling me that I'd need to find a lawyer, Candice proactively reached out to several attorneys on my behalf, facilitated consultations with each of them, and helped me find the best and most cost-effective attorney for my situation. Due to court back-ups (from COVID), the issue took longer than normal to resolve, but all throughout that stressful waiting period, Candice was consistently available, responsive, and gracefully positive. Once the title issues were resolved, Candice guided me through every step of the selling process. She contracted home stagers, cleaners, and a photographer to make the house look even better than I could have imagined. Buying a new home and selling your current one is tough. Buying a new home and selling your current one, while remodeling both houses, in the midst of a competitive housing market, during a pandemic is a hundred times tougher. We knew it would be very challenging and nerve-wracking. However, we were so lucky that we not only got through it all unscathed, but the process was actually not as bad as we thought it would be. Of course, we owe it all to our wonderful friend and realtor extraordinaire, Candice.
To say a realtor is a good one, they need to be there for their clients. After all, that's their job. But to say a realtor is a great one, they are not only there for their clients, they anticipate their needs, guide them in making tough choices, encourage them when they hesitate, and hold their hands when the going gets tough. Candice was all this and more. She and her team were on top of it all from the very first day, all the way to the end. Candice has an amazing network from lenders, escrow folks, contractors, roofers, termite inspectors, interior decorators, photographers, etc. - she is a one-stop shop!
I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and experience - but the real icing on the cake was how much she cared and really went out of her way to make the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It is rare to find that perfect combination of technical expertise and genuine warmth.
I've known Candice since we were kids but our friendship isn't why she worked so hard and so well for us. I've seen her do it with each and every client she takes on. Candice helped us sell our first home and helped us find our home when our family started to grow. Both transactions were seamless and she helped us with everything from financing to finding the right contractors. She was extremely honest, upfront and through. As the seller, she was able to get us multiple offers well over list price in one weekend, and house was in escrow in 4 days. As a buyer, we were able to get our house even though we were not the highest offer because of her excellent negotiation skills. Because she made real estate seem so easy by doing all the heavy lifting, it got me into investing into real estate as well. We are now on our 5th transaction, and each transaction is as flawless as the last, and gets even better, which I didnt think was possible. "Anyone buying a home, especially in the market we are currently in right now, knows how stressful and emotionally, mentally, and physically draining the entire process is. Before reaching out to Candice, I was defeated, discouraged, and ready to give up. I had been looking for the perfect home for 3 years. "I was introduced to Candice by my dad who currently works at the hospital. He mentioned that Candice is a real estate agent who used to work with him in the lab at the hospital.
Before we met in person, I had a feeling that Candice was going to be someone with a lot of skills and I was absolutely right. This was my first home purchase and I didn't know much about the process and the requirements. Candice was there for me from day 1 answering all of my questions, explaining everything in detail, and walking me through the very involved home-buying process. There were a couple of issues that we ran into throughout the process but Candice was very quick to respond to help put my mind at ease. I was very demanding by questioning everything and looked at every small detail in the documents/contracts but Candice was always there to pick up my call whenever I had any questions. She even answered my calls at 9pm on Saturdays and Sunday. The whole process took about 4 months (a bit longer than usual to close on a home due to unforeseen circumstances on the other side) but Candice didn't stop working until I had the keys in my hand.

"This is our first home ever purchased. When purchasing your first home there is A LOT to learn and things can seem a bit overwhelming at times. If I could only give a single piece of advice to anyone here it is

1- From the moment we got in contact with Candice she was nothing but patient and kind.
2- UNDERSTANDING WHAT WE WANT.
Candice never once tried to push us in a direction that we didn't want to go or have us look at homes that didn't fit us. She took time to understand not only our affordability but the criteria in the home we were looking for. As a first-time home buyer purchasing a home on my own, I naturally had a lot of questions. However, through the whole emotional rollercoaster of it all Candice was there to guide me and hold my hand throughout the whole process. Candice is an awesome realtor. Very professional and knowledgeable. She will put your interest at heart. Me and my husband strongly believe that we got the house because she did her best to convince the listing agent to give us a chance to put an offer for consideration as there were already many strong offers for this house. Candice and Nathalie (lender) worked way after office hours to prepare our offer and it was submitted the same evening. Despite our offer was not the strongest, the seller seemed to like our family and gave us counter offer. We believe Candice presented our family strongly and along with her great reputation, the seller and the listing agent became more inclined to work with us. "Candice was introduced to us by my children, Dennis and Michelle, who are very, very satisfied with Candice’s service when they bought their house. We consider ourselves very lucky to get introduced to Candice, as we were about to put our rental house for sale. She educated us of how to put a price of our house in the current market. Candice is a phenomenal realtor. She went above and beyond for us and are writing this review from our dream home. Despite being in a bidding war and even with an equivalent offer, we won because of her. After we closed on the house, we met the seller who told us that she picked us over the other person because of our introduction letter, which was composed by Candice and because our realtor, Candice, was easy to work with. We cannot express the gratitude we have for her. She is very dedicated to her work and took us to view over 20 houses, rain or shine. There was one day in which it rained so hard that she was knee-deep in water, but that goes to show how committed she is to helping us find our home. We really enjoyed going house-hunting with her because she is so personable, funny, and charismatic. She made the experience enjoyable and alleviated a lot of stress through her prompt responses to our questions. She was readily available and always made time to check in on us whether those reassurances were via phone calls or texts. She took the time to understand our needs and price range. She provided insight on neighborhoods such as schooling, crime rates, and demographics. She provided guidance on offering a fair price so that we would not end up having buyer's remorse. She is very patient and did not push us to buy. She has a really good heart and truly only has your best interest in mind. After our offer was accepted, she held our hand through the closing process. She created a timeline for all the deadlines and explained the documents we were signing so we felt comfortable signing our life savings away. She also personally reviewed the appraisal and property condition report. Overall, the escrow process was very smooth. Although the escrow company requested liquid signatures, Candice took the initiative to digitize the escrow documents to make it more convenient for us. She even delivered the keys to us earlier than promised. She exceeded all our expectations and we give her the highest recommendation.
